Today, we got a start on our move by having a surveyor from the moving company come to take a quick survey of our place, so they know how many people to send to pack us and how to schedule the shipment up to Wisconsin.
Already, I am thinking about all of the advantages of moving back to Wisconsin. Aside from being close to family and friends, and starting a job I'm really excited about, I think the biggest advantage will be that Andy and I can switch back and forth between Leno and Letterman, and even catch Conan. It is impossible to do this here on the east coast. Leno and Letterman don't start until 11:30 pm. Conan doesn't come on until 12:30 am! So, here's to Central Standard Time!
